摘要
学前教育专业学生的核心能力培养应以素质结构为背景,加强职业素养的训练,强化职业技能。以闽西职业技术学院为例,针对学前教育专业学生职业能力培养存在的问题,从创新培养模式、营造培养氛围、加强职业意识、优化教学方法、搭建实训平台等方面入手,切实提升学前教育学生的职业能力素养。
The core ability training of preschool education students should be based on the quality structure,improve the training of professional quality and strengthen vocational skills.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper proposes the following measures of innovating training mode,creating training atmosphere,strengthening vocational awareness,optimizing teaching methods,and building training platform combined with the practice of Minxi Vocational and Technical College,so as to improve the vocational ability of students majoring in preschool education.
