典型海洋大气环境下环氧耐腐蚀涂层工艺老化行为对比研究

摘要 在典型海洋大气环境下(黄海、东海、南海)开展了环氧耐腐蚀涂层艺自然暴露老化试验,运用数码相机、扫描电子显微镜、X射线、腐蚀电化学及拉拔试验机等手段测试了涂层大气暴露后的宏微观形貌、低频阻抗模值、附着力、成分等性能变化,并进行对比分析。综合结果表明:针对涂层试样来说,主要老化环境因素是太阳辐射、温度及湿度的综合作用:南海海洋大气户外环境远比东海和黄海户外恶劣,相对来说黄海户外环境较好。 The natural exposure aging tests of epoxy anti-corrosion coatings were carried out in typical marine and atmospheric environments(Yellow Sea,East China Sea and South China Sea)Digital cameras,scanning electron microscopes,X-rays,corrosion electrochemistry and pull-out testing machines were used to test the macroscopic and microscopic morphology,low-frequency impedance modulus,adhesion and composition of the coating after atmospheric exposure,and compared and analyzed.The comprehensive results showed that the main aging the combined effects of solar radiation,temperature and humidity.The outdoor environment of the South China Sea is much worse than that of the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea,and the outdoor environment of the Yellow Sea is relatively better.
