电磁屏蔽材料的耐腐蚀研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 在恶劣的工作环境中,电磁屏蔽材料的腐蚀问题是制约其服役寿命和服役安全性的关键因素。本文综述了近年来电磁屏蔽材料的耐腐蚀研究现状,主要包括用于电磁屏蔽的金属材料、导电聚合物材料以及柔性材料。首先概述了金属合金和金属镀层的制备方法和防腐机理。其次,在导电聚合物材料方面,主要探讨了掺杂型和本征导电型聚合物电磁屏蔽材料的制备工艺、存在的问题及防腐设计方案。此外,介绍了柔性织物和柔性薄膜作为耐腐蚀电磁屏蔽材料的主要研究成果。最后,对电磁屏蔽材料的耐腐蚀研究前景进行了展望。 In the harsh working environment,the corrosion of electromagnetic shielding materials is a key factor that restricts their service life and safety.This work reviews the research status of corrosion resistance of electromagnetic shielding materials in recent years,including metal materials,conductive polymer materials and flexible materials.Firstly,the preparation methods and corrosion protection mechanism of metal alloys and metal coatings are summarized.Secondly,in the aspect of conductive polymer materials,the preparation process,existing problems and anticorrosive design of doped and intrinsic conductive polymer electromagnetic shielding materials are mainly discussed.In addition,the main research results of flexible fabrics and flexible films as corrosion resistant electromagnetic shielding materials are introduced.Finally,the research prospect of corrosion resistance of electromagnetic shielding materials is introduced.
