隔离高压交流传感器设计方法

摘要 现阶段主流的交流电压传感器检测范围为千伏以下,高压交流传感器要求必须将电气系统分隔开来。针对这一现象提出了一种隔离高压交流传感器的设计方法,通过隔离互感线圈将高压交流信号隔离转换为低压交流信号,并进行AC/DC变换,实现检测数千伏的高压交流信号并能够将检测信号隔离输出。试验表明该传感器能够隔离检测数千伏交流电压,并且其线性误差和精度误差均小于1%。 At present,the mainstream AC voltage sensor has a detection range of less than 1000 volts,and the high-voltage AC sensor requires that the electrical system must be separated.In view of this phenomenon,a design method for isolating high-voltage AC sensors is proposed,which converts the high-voltage AC signal into low-voltage AC signal through the isolation mutual inductance coil,and performs Ac/DC conversion to detect the high-voltage AC signal of several thousand volts and isolate the detection signal output.Tests show that the sensor can detect thousands of volts of AC voltage in isolation,and its linearity error and accuracy error are less than 1%.
