摘要
以滚筒洗衣机外桶法兰为对象,采用强度分析和拓扑优化对外桶法兰进行结构轻量化设计,在保证法兰强度不降低的情况下,优化后的外桶法兰质量降低了6.43%,实现了外桶法兰结构的轻量化目标,可为零件的结构轻量化设计提供参考依据。
Taking the outer drum flanges of drum washing machine as the object,the structural lightweight design of outer drum flanges is carried out by strength analysis and topology optimization.The optimized outer drum flanges reduce the weight by 6.43%without reducing the strength of the flanges,realizing the lightweight goal of the outer drum flanges structure,and providing a reference for the structural lightweight design of parts.
