GB 42296-2022《电动自行车用充电器安全技术要求》强制性标准已发布实施,在机械安全和结构、标志、警示语和说明书等方面有较高技术要求。市面流通的电动自行车用充电器涉及GB 42296-2022的安全质量项目普遍不合格,笔者探讨风险来源并给出整改对策。
The mandatory standard CB 42296-2022“Safety technical requirements of charger for electric bicycles”has been issued and implemented,with higher technical requirements in mechanical safety and structure,signs,warnings and instructions.The market circulation of electric bicycle chargers involving GB 42296-2022 safety and quality projects are generally unqualified,the author discusses the sources of risk and gives rectification measures.
