自复位热断路器在家用电器中应用的试验方法分析

摘要 自复位热断路器是家用电器中的常用且对产品温度控制起到关键作用的部件之一,该零部件运用在电路中不同的位置设置直接影响产品的安全与可靠性。本文以自复位热断路器运用在液体加热器中时测试标准的要求为例,通过对标准和国际相关会议决议的解读,解决检验检测行业从业者及生产制造企业对检测方法理解不足导致的问题。同时协助企业在进行产品认证送检准备阶段节约成本,从而避免因此类问题导致产品不合格带来的经济损失。 The self-resetting thermal cut-out is one of the commonly used components in household appliances and plays a key role in product temperature control,and the components are used in different positions in the circuit to directly affect the safety and reliability of the product.This paper takes the requirements of the test standard when theself-resetting thermal cut-out is used in heating liquids as an example,Through the interpretation of standards and resolutions of relevant international conferenc,to solve the problem caused by the lack of understanding of the inspection and testing industry practitioners and manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,it assists enterprises to save costs in the preparation stage of product certification and inspection,so as to avoid economic losses caused by unqualified products due to such problems.
