盾构渣土资源化处理与多元化应用

摘要 我国盾构施工技术应用广泛,而盾构渣土作为一种建筑垃圾,也亟待进行资源化处理和多元化应用。参照国内外的划分标准,对盾构渣土做出了恰当合理的分类,又介绍了盾构渣土的理化性能。考虑到盾构施工技术未来发展的前景,对盾构渣土的预处理技术也进行了整理,包括渣土分选技术、土性改良技术、脱水技术和除铁技术等。文章重点介绍盾构渣土的综合利用途径。当渣土掺量是水泥的15%时,C30混凝土的抗渗性能达到最优。当渣土掺量是水泥的7.5%时,C50混凝土的抗压强度达到最高。此外,盾构渣土在制作人造板材、烧结砖、免烧砖、陶粒、陶瓷等方面均有不俗表现。 Shield tunneling construction technology is widely used in China,and shield tunneling slag,as a type of construction waste,urgently needs to be resourced and diversified in application.This article refers to the classification standards at home and abroad,and makes an appropriate and reasonable classification of shield tunneling waste soil.It also introduces the physical and chemical properties of shield tunneling waste soil.Considering the future development prospects of shield tunneling technology,this article has also sorted out the pre-treatment technology of shield tunneling soil,including soil sorting technology,soil improvement technology,dehydration technology,and iron removal technology.The most important aspect of this article is the comprehensive utilization of shield tunneling slag.When the amount of slag added is 15% of cement,the impermeability performance of C30 concrete reaches its optimal level.When the slag content is7.5% of cement,the compressive strength of C50 concrete reaches its highest.In addition,shield tunneling slag has shown excellent performance in the production of artificial boards,sintered bricks,unburned bricks,ceramic particles,and other aspects.
