水泥土复合管桩在深圳市龙岗区中心城岩溶地区应用研究

Study on the Application of Pipe Pile Embedded in Cement Soil in Karst Area of Shenzhen Longgang District Central Zone

摘要 水泥土复合管桩型为在水泥土桩中植入预应力混凝土管桩的一种复合桩,其充分发挥了两种桩型优良的受力性能,且比灌注桩具有明显的优势。经过近年来的不断发展,该种桩型的技术已经基本成熟,但在华南岩溶地区仍未得到充分有效的推广使用,且业界对于该种桩型的应用未进行深入研究。本文对该种桩型在深圳市龙岗区中心城岩溶地区的应用进行了深入研究,研究结果表明该种桩型设计桩长为30 m左右,桩长适中;相对于预应力混凝土管桩,其单桩抗压承载力提高了35%左右,两者的抗拔承载力相当。本文的研究结果为该种桩型在岩溶地区的推广应用,将起到积极的推动和借鉴作用。 Pipe pile embedded in cement soil is a kind of composite pile by prestressed concrete pipe pile implanted into cement soil pile,which fully play the excellent performance of the two kind of piles and has obvious advantages over the cast-in-place pile.The technology of this kind of pile has been basically matured by continuous development in recent years,but it has not been fully promoted and effectively used in the karst area of south china,and the study is not fully in-depth on the application of this kind of pile in the construction industry.This paper has been deeply studied the application of this kind of pile in karst area of shenzhen longgang district central zone.The study results show that the design length of this kind of pile is about 30 m and moderate;compared with the prestressed concrete pipe pile,its compressive bearing capacity is increased by about 35%,and the anti-extraction bearing capacities of the two kind of piles are similar.The study results of this paper will provide positive promotion and reference for the promotion and application of this kind of pile in karst areas.
