摘要
准确测量设备回路电阻,可以有效判断设备导电回路是否存在接触面氧化、接触不良缺陷,避免因回路电阻超标导致设备发热。综述了设备回路电阻测试方法和测试误区,分析了测试接线对测量结果的影响,提出了采用外扩导流法准确测量GIS设备回路电阻的方法,并结合现场测试发现的一起地刀合闸不到位故障,验证了测试方法的准确性,为测量设备回路电阻提供了指导。
Accurate measurement of the circuit resistance of the equipment can effectively help to determine whether the conductive circuit of the equipment has the defects of oxidation of the contact surface or poor contact,so as to avoid the equipment overheating caused by the excessive circuit resistance.The test methods and errors of equipment circuit resistance are summarized and the influence of test wiring on the measurement results is analyzed.Based on these,a method to accurately measure the circuit resistance of GIS equipment by using the external expansion diversion is proposed,and the accuracy of the test is verified based on the failure of the ground cutter closing in place found in the field test,which provides guidance for measuring the circuit resistance of equipment.
