Analysis of Li Ziping's experience in differential treatment of allergic rhinitis based on the theory of mutual promotion of acupuncture and medicine

变应性鼻炎作为临床常见的变态反应性疾病之一,可对患者生活及工作等多方面产生负面影响。近年来,随着工业结构、生态环境、生活方式的变化,变应性鼻炎的发病率呈现全球增长的态势。岭南针药相须流派传承人李滋平教授总结多年的临床及教学经验,提出现代岭南变应性鼻炎存在新的时代及地域特点,其中岭南“新邪”囊括了雾霾之邪及环境毒邪,症状发作呈现“从春至秋,夏日不减”的趋势。发作期治疗以“透、利”为法,缓解期以“温、养”立论,并随“病之内外”立法,以汤药疏散外邪、温阳固表,配合飞针燮理阴阳、穴位注射调和气血、督灸由阳行阴、天灸温经散寒、巩固疗效,构成一套完整而有效的岭南治疗体系。

As one of the common allergic diseases in clinical practice,allergic rhinitis has the negative impact on the life and work of patients.With the changes of industrial structure,ecological environment and life style in recent years,the incidence of allergic rhinitis has shown the global growth trend.Professor Li Ziping,the inheritor of school of mutual promotion of acupuncture and medicine in the Lingnan region,summarizes his many years of clinical and teaching experience,and proposes that modern Lingnan allergic rhinitis has new era and regional characteristics.The"new evil factors"in Lingnan region include the evil of haze and environmental pathogenic tocxin,and the onset of symptoms shows the trend of"from spring to autumn,and no reduction in summer".The treatment of diseases during the onset period is based on the principles of"eliminating exogenous pathogen and unblocking stuffy orifice method",while during the remission period,it is based on the principles of"warming and nourishing method".In both periods,the treatment principles are established according to the depth of disease course and the degree of the lesion.A set of complete and effective Lingnan treatment system is formed by using decoction to dispel exogenous pathogen,warm yang for consolidating superficies,and combined with flying needles to regulate Yin and Yang,acupoint injection to harmonize qi and blood,Du-moxibustion to regulate Yin through Yang,medicinal vesiculation to warm channel for dispelling cold to consolidate curativeeffect.
