桦褐孔菌抗糖尿病的研究进展

摘要 糖尿病的特征为高血糖,是一种严重危害身体健康并降低生活质量的代谢疾病。近年来糖尿病患病人数不断增加,有关糖尿病预防和治疗药物的研发和应用越来越多。桦褐孔菌是一种可食用的真菌,具备多种生物学功能,在降血糖方面效果尤其显著。但桦褐孔菌抗糖尿病作用机制复杂多样,仍需要探索和总结。现将对桦褐孔菌降血糖的物质组成以及可能的相关作用机制进行阐述,以期为桦褐孔菌用于糖尿病预防和治疗及新药研发提供思路。 Diabetes is characterized by hyperglycemia.It is a metabolic disease that seriously endangers health and reduces the quality of life of patients.The number of diabetes patients has been increasing in recent years.More and more studies on the research,development and application of drugs for prevention and treatment of diabetes have been carried out.Inonotus obliquus is an edible fungus with multiple biological effects,and it has the particularly significant effect in lowering blood sugar levels.However,the anti diabetes mechanism of Inonotus obliquus is complex and diverse,which still needs to be explored and summarized.In this paper,the hypoglycemic compositions of Inonotus obliquus and its possible related mechanism will be described,in order to provide ideas for the use of Inonotus obliquus in the prevention and treatment of diabetes,and the development of new drugs.
