基于虚拟现实技术的LNG工厂虚拟仿真系统设计与实现

摘要 针对石油高校液化天然气(LNG)工厂教学手段不足的难题,提出一套基于虚拟现实技术的LNG工厂虚拟仿真系统。该系统以Unity3D为主要开发平台,Solid Works、3Dmax为辅助工具,结合站场工程实际搭建LNG工厂三维场景,并根据教学任务设计模块功能。场景搭建和功能开发过程中实现了包括人物动画设计、阀门启停、碰撞检测、UI设计与应用、场景转换等技术。创建一个兼具教学、实训功能的LNG工厂虚拟仿真系统,对学生了解LNG工厂工艺流程和提高工程实践能力具有重要意义。 Aiming at the problem of insufficient teaching means of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) plant in petroleum universities,a set of virtual simulation system of LNG plant based on virtual reality technology is proposed.The system takes Unity3D as the main development platform,Solid Works and 3Dmax as auxiliary tools,builds a three-dimensional scene of the LNG plant in combination with the actual station project,and designs module functions according to teaching tasks.In the process of Scene Building and function development,technologies including character animation design,valve start and stop,collision detection,UI design and application,scene conversion and so on are realized.Creating a virtual simulation system of LNG plant with both teaching and training functions is of great significance for students to understand the process flow of LNG plant and improve their engineering practice ability.
