摘要
以高校资助的“育人”环节为研究对象,对传统失效模式与后果分析(FMEA)模型加以改进,通过结合三角模糊数、风险指标赋权、专家客观赋权、德尔菲法和调研访谈等方式,提出模糊FMEA模型用以分析“育人”环节的失效模式和关键风险。研究发现,改进模型能够更客观反映风险指标重要性和专家话语权的差异,具有较高的精确性和可靠性,同时针对高风险失效模式提出了相应建议。
Taking the“education”process funded by college as the research object,this paper tries to improve the traditional failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA).It proposes a fuzzy FMEA model to analyze the failure modes and key risks of the“education”process by combining triangular fuzzy numbers,weights of risk indices,object weights of experts,the Delphi method,and interviews.It is found that the model proposed objectively reflects the importance of risk indices and difference among experts’discourse power,which means that the model proposed has a higher accuracy and reliability.Suggestions for high-risk failure modes are proposed.
