摘要
以捣固为主的大型养路机械作业已成为有砟线路维修的最主要手段,能够有效改善线路不平顺性,保证列车安全、平稳运行。利用锦华线(锦赤线、赤大白线)综合检测车动态检测数据,结合现场实际,分析大型养护机械作业“轨道不平顺质量指数TQI(Track quality index)”变化规律,提出用于指导大机捣固维修作业的捣固维修质量指数MTQI(Maintenance track quality index),为锦华铁路(锦赤铁路、赤大白铁路)大机捣固维修作业精准施策、有的放矢提供科学依据,并对大机捣固维修计划编制提出创新性建议。
The large machinery tamping has become the main means of ballast line maintenance,which can effectively improve the smoothness of the line and ensure the safe and stable operation of the train.This paper uses the dynamic detection data of the comprehensive inspection vehicle of Jinhua railway,combined with the actual situation of the site,to analyze the variation pattern of the TQI(track quality index)of the large maintenance machinery,and to propose the MTQI(maintenance track quality index)which can be used to guide the tamping maintenance,thus optimizing the tamping maintenance operation of large machinery of Jinhua railway.The paper also put forward some innovative suggestions for the preparation of large machinery tamping maintenance plan.
