摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)结合3D Slicer软件应用与单纯采用PBL教学模式教学效果的比较。方法将在郑州大学第二附属医院神经康复科实习的32名康复治疗学专业实习生随机分组,教学中应用PBL模式结合3D Slicer软件的16名实习生为观察组,单纯应用PBL模式的16名实习生为对照组,按教学大纲完成对两组实习生的授课,以出科理论、技能考试、满意度问卷结果为评判方法。结果观察组出科理论考试成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床技能考试成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在教学形式、学习氛围、学习效率、神经系统解剖的掌握、神经系统疾病诊疗临床思维能力的养成5个方面满意程度的总分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经康复科实习生临床教学过程中,采用PBL教学模式结合3D Slicer软件较单纯采用PBL教学模式,可显著提高实习生的神经病学理论、临床技能水平与教学满意度。
Objective To compare the teaching effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with 3D Slicer software application and solely using PBL teaching mode.Methods A total of 32 interns majoring in rehabilitation therapy who interned in the Department of Neurorehabilitation of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were randomly divided into an observation group consisting of 16 interns who used PBL mode combined with 3D Slicer software during teaching,and a control group consisting of 16 interns who only used PBL mode.The two groups of interns were taught according to the teaching syllabus,and were evaluated based on the results of the admission theory,skills exam and satisfaction questionnaire.Results The observation group performed better in the theoretical examination of the subject than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The clinical skill exam scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a statistically significant difference in the total score of satisfaction in teaching form,learning atmosphere,learning efficiency,mastery of nervous system anatomy,and cultivation of clinical thinking ability in diagnosis and treatment of nervous system disease(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical teaching for interns in the Department of Neurorehabilitation,using PBL teaching mode combined with 3D Slicer software can significantly improve the interns’neurology theory,clinical skill level and teaching satisfaction compared with using PBL teaching mode alone.
