摘要
主要分析了影响某公司铝板带厚纵剪影响卷取端面质量的主要设备问题,并参照行业同类设备有针对性地进行技术升级改造,重点阐述料卷卷径与转向辊关系及恒张力闭环控制方法、卷取分离盘运动轨迹与料卷卷径跟随控制的实现。该公司通过上述两项技术升级设备后,彻底解决了铝板带卷取物料端面不齐的质量问题。
This paper mainly analyzed the main equipment problems of aluminium strip thickness slitter from a comroany affecting the quality of the end face of the winding,and made targeted technical upgrading and transformation with reference to similar equipment in the industry,which focused on the relationship between the coil diameter and the steering roller,the constant tension closed-loop control method,the movement trajectory of the coil separation plate and the realization of the coil diameter following control.The quality problem of uneven end faces of aluminium strip winding materials in the equipment has been completely solved after upgrad⁃ing the above two technologies.
