摘要
为实现对井盖状态的实时监控,课题组设计了一种基于窄带物联网(NB-IOT)通信技术的智能井盖。该智能井盖系统搭载有害气体检测传感器、倾斜检测传感器、超声波水位传感器、温湿度传感器和北斗定位模块实现联动监测,能将微控制器监测到的信号通过NB-IOT模组上传到OneNET物联网云平台,进行数据的实时监控。当井盖处于异常状态时,云平台会发送报警信息到终端,维修人员在终端查看井盖位置信息后,通过定位模块找到目标井盖,检修后再复位解除报警。该系统提高了事件处理的及时性,使井盖的管理更加智能。
To achieve real-time monitoring of the status of manhole covers,a smart manhole cover was designed based on the Narrowband Internet of Things(NB-IOT)communication technology.This smart manhole cover system is equipped with harmful gas detection sensors,attitude sensors,ultrasonic water level sensors,temperature and humidity sensors and BeiDou positioning module to realize the linkage monitoring,and it can upload the signals monitored by the microcontroller to the OneNET IoT cloud platform through the NB-IOT module to carry out the real-time monitoring of data.When an abnormal state occurs,the cloud platform will send alarm information to the terminal,and the maintenance personnel will find the target manhole cover through the positioning module after checking the manhole cover location information in the terminal,and then reset to release the alarm after overhauling.The system improves the immediate response to the incident and the more intelligent management of manhole covers.
