乡村振兴战略背景下林芝市农民专业合作社发展探究

随着经济的发展,个体农户在市场中的竞争力越来越小,农民专业合作社已然成为对接小农户与大市场以增强农户竞争力,提高农民收入水平的重要推力。文章旨在通过对西藏林芝市农民专业合作社发展现状进行分析,并针对其存在的市场拓展不足小弱散现象依旧严峻、发展定位不清、运行管理不严,专业人才匮乏、扶持服务不够,品牌建设不足等短板,分析原因并提出相应的对策建议,以期进一步推动林芝市农民专业合作社的发展,从而实现乡村振兴。

With the development of economy,the competitiveness of individual farmers in the market is getting smaller and smaller.Farmers'professional cooperatives have become an important push to connect small farmers and big markets to enhance farmers'competitiveness and improve farmers'income level.This paper aims to analyze the development status of farmers'professional cooperatives in Nyingchi City,Xizang,and analyze the causes and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of its shortcomings such as insufficient market expansion,small and weak dispersion,unclear development positioning,lax operation and management,lack of professional talents,insufficient support services,and insufficient brand building.In order to further promote the development of farmers'professional cooperatives in Nyingchi City,so as to achieve rural revitalization.
