深厚富水砂卵石地层注浆封闭止水及加固技术

Grouting sealing and strengtheningtechnology of deep water-rich sand pebble stratum

针对深厚富水砂卵石地层的防渗,列举了常用止水方式高压旋喷帷幕灌浆及混凝土防渗墙的众多不足,采用一种新型、高效的基坑注浆全封闭止水及加固技术,将注浆技术与建筑物地基加固和基坑的支护、防渗、止水融为一体,加固坡面和基底,解决了基坑支护、止水、降水问题,同时增强了卵石层地基的地基承载力、强度和渗透稳定性,有利于工程建成后水工建筑物的安全运行,取得了良好的工程应用效果。

In this paper,aiming at the seepage prevention of deep water-rich sand and gravel stratum,the paper lists many shortcomings of common water sealing methods such as high-pressure rotary jet curtain grouting and concrete seepage prevention wall.Finally,a new and efficient foundation pit grouting completely closed water sealing and strengthening technology is adopted.The grouting technology is integrated with the foundation reinforcement of buildings and the support,seepage prevention and water sealing of foundation pit to strengthen the slope and basement.The problems of foundation pit support,water stop and dewatering are solved,and the foundation bearing capacity,strength and permeability stability of the pebble layer foundation are enhanced,which is conducive to the safe operation of the hydraulic structure after the completion of the project,and good engineering application results are obtained.
