摘要
以水泥基自流平材料和聚氨酯基自流平材料为研究对象,探讨不同基材掺量和含砂率对水泥基与聚氨酯基自流平流动度和强度的影响,确定聚氨酯基材掺量和含砂率最优配比;研究表明:随着基材掺量的增加,水泥基和聚氨酯基流动度也随之增加;随着含砂率的增加,水泥基抗折强度与抗压强度均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,但聚氨酯基自流平的强度在增大时更为明显;最终得出当聚氨酯基材掺量为35%,含砂率为22%时自流平综合性能最优。
This paper takes cement-based self-leveling materials and polyurethane-based self-leveling materials as research objects,explores the influence of different base material doping and sand content on the flow and strength of cement-based and polyurethane-based self-leveling,and determines the optimal ratio of polyurethane base material doping and sand content;the study shows that:with the increase of base material doping,the flow degree of cement-based and polyurethane-based increases;with the increase of sand content,the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement-based show a trend of increasing and then decreasing,but the strength of polyurethane-based self-leveling is more obvious when increasing;it is finally concluded that when polyurethane base material doping is 35%and sand content is 22%,the strength of polyurethane-based self-leveling increases.With the increase of sand content,the flexural strength and compressive strength of cementitious show a tendency of increasing and then decreasing,but the strength of polyurethane-based self-leveling is more obvious when increasing;finally,it is concluded that when the dosage of polyurethane base material is 35%,and the sand content is 22%,the comprehensive performance of self-leveling is optimal.
