超大直径盾构隧道机械法施工联络通道可行性分析

摘要 目前联络通道的施工通常采用矿山法(超前预支护法暗挖作业),通过对软土进行注浆、对砂土进行冷冻等方法对周边土体进行加固。然而面对城市密集建筑群,地面空间受限,注浆加固无法进行,超深覆土条件下冷冻法加固则严重影响工期。依托广州海珠湾隧道工程盾构段,从施工工况、设备选型、施工工艺、施工重难点及安全质量控制等方面对超大直径盾构隧道机械法施工联络通道的可行性展开分析,得出了科学合理的机械法联络通道实施方案。 Currently,the construction of the connected aisle typically employs mining methods(advanced pre-support method excavation),and the surrounding soil is reinforced by grouting the soft soil and freezing the sand soil.However,when faced with dense urban buildings,limited ground space restricts the possibility of grouting reinforcement,while ultra-deep soil cover hampers freezing reinforcement and significantly impacts construction timelines.This paper examines the feasibility of mechanically constructing the connected aisle for an extra-large diameter shield tunnel based on the Guangzhou Haizhu Bay Tunnel project.The analysis encompasses construction conditions,equipment selection,construction technology,construction challenges,and safety quality control,obtain the scientific and reasonable implementation scheme of mechanical construction liaison channel.
