摘要 随着社会的发展,许多二十世纪八九十年代建造的房屋外墙结构保温隔热性能已经不足以满足当今需求,从而导致能耗过高、室内热环境恶化。为此,我国正在积极推进绿色发展,努力实现低碳、可持续的生产和生活方式。为节约资源能源,改善居住环境,有必要对旧有建筑墙体进行改造。结合济南市某节能改造项目,介绍了一种新型外墙外保温工艺,并对其经济效益进行了综合研究,结果表明,该工艺节能效果好,经济效益显著。 With the development of society,the thermal insulation performance of many exterior wall structures built in the 1980s and 1990s by China Railway 14th Bureau Group Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.is no longer sufficient to meet today’s needs,resulting in high energy consumption and deterioration of indoor thermal environment.Therefore,China is actively promoting green development and striving to achieve low-carbon and sustainable production and lifestyle.In order to save resources and energy,improve the living environment,it is necessary to renovate the walls of old buildings.Introduce a new type of external wall insulation technology based on an energy-saving renovation project in Jinan City,and conduct a comprehensive study on its economic benefits,the results indicate that the process has good energy-saving effects and significant economic benefits.
