大学生村官服务“三农”的现实困境与路径选择

在推进“三农”工作的过程中,大学生村官已经成为不可或缺的骨干力量。自大学生村官工程实施十多年来,数十万名大学毕业生积极走进农村,投身于农村事业,为广大农村群众提供热情服务,并在努力奉献社会的同时实现自己的人生价值。作为国家对农村人力资源的重要投入,大学生村官不断提升自身的“三农”服务意识,成为服务“三农”的重要主体。然而,大学生村官服务“三农”工作面临着一系列现实困境,包括治理基础薄弱,行政强制力不足、大学生村官融入基层困难、创业素质不高,专业人才缺乏等问题。为此,要加大财政投入,提高大学生村官地位;加强对大学生村官的实践培训,使其更好融入基层;健全大学生村官制度保障;充分利用各专业大学生村官的优势,要保证大学生村官在“三农”工作中充分发挥作用。

In the process of promoting the work of“agriculture,countryside and farmers”,college student village officials have become an indispensable backbone force.Since the implementation of the college student village officials project for more than ten years,hundreds of thousands of college graduates have actively entered the countryside,devoted themselves to the rural cause,provided warm services for the vast number of rural people,and made great efforts to contribute to the society while realizing their own value in life.As an important input of the country to rural human resources,college student village officials continue to improve their own“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”service awareness,and become an important subject of serving“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.However,the work of college students’village officials serving“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”is facing a series of realistic dilemmas,including weak governance foundation,insufficient administrative coercive power,difficulties in integrating college students’village officials into grass-roots level,low entrepreneurial quality,lack of professional personnel and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to increase financial investment to improve the status of college students’village officials,strengthen the practical training of college students’village officials so that they can better integrate into the grass-roots level,perfect the guarantee of college students’village officials system,make full use of the advantages of college students’village officials,and ensure that the college students’village officials fully play their role in the work of“agriculture,countryside and farmers”.
