多功能淋巴结分拣操作台在胃癌根治术后淋巴结分拣中的应用

Application of multifunctional lymph node sorting operation table in lymph node sorting after radical gastrectomy

目的评价多功能淋巴结分拣操作台在胃癌根治术后淋巴结分拣中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至2022年12月收治的100例行胃癌D2根治手术的患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例。观察组采用多功能操作台进行分拣,对照组则使用普通操作台进行淋巴结分拣,对比两组完成分拣工作需要的时间和淋巴结的检出率。采用SPSS 22.0统计软件分析数据,计量资料以(x±s)表示,行独立样本t检验;计数资料比较采用χ^(2)检验。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组淋巴结分拣所需的时间(远端胃,25.3 min;全胃,35.6 min)明显低于对照组(远端胃,35.6 min;全胃,42.8 min),两者均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组的平均淋巴结检出数目(53.3枚)也高于对照组(46.4枚),但差异无统计学意义。结论多功能淋巴结分拣操作台应用胃癌根治术后淋巴结分拣工作可缩短分拣所需时间,在检出的淋巴结数目上也有所提升,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of multifunctional lymph node sorting operation table in lymph node sorting after radical gastrectomy.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,100 patients who underwent a total or subtotal gastrectomy with D2 lymphadenectomy in the Department of Gastric Surgery of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital were selected and divided into two groups,50 cases each,according to a random number table.The observation group used the multifunctional operating table for lymph node sorting,and the control group used an ordinary operating table for lymph node sorting.The time required to complete the sorting work and the detection rate of lymph nodes in the two groups were compared.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for analysis.The continuous variables were expressed as(x±s)and were examined by the two-sided t test,while the categorical variables were compared by theχ^(2) test.P value of<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results The time required for lymph node sorting in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The harvested lymph nodes in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,however without statistical difference.Conclusion The application of multifunctional lymph node sorting table in lymph node sorting after radical gastrectomy could shorten the time required for sorting and improve the number of harvested lymph nodes,which would be worthy of clinical promotion.
