美好生活是中华民族几千年来矢志不渝追寻的目标,具有深厚的历史渊源和优秀传统文化沃土。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视美好生活,始终将人民对美好生活的向往作为奋斗目标,并提出“把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合”的重大命题,为新时代继续推进马克思主义中国化时代化指明了方向和路径。其中,“第二个结合”充分彰显了中华优秀传统文化的重要地位。回顾中华民族五千多年的历史长河,优秀传统文化的历代更迭为美好生活积淀了如“天下大同”“皆有所养”“道法自然”“兼爱非攻”“缘法而治”等文化基因。新时代,立足“第二个结合”,充分汲取优秀传统文化的智慧结晶,以“宁静致远”的价值观、“民惟邦本”的群众观、“和而不同”的天下观、“天人合一”的宇宙观推动构建新时代美好生活具有重大的理论价值与实践意义。

The better life is a goal that the Chinese nation has been pursuing unswervingly for thousands of years,which has a deep historical origin and a fertile ground of excellent traditional culture.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the better life,always taken the people's aspiration for the better life as the goal of the struggle,and put forward the major proposition of“combining the basic principles of Marxism with Chinas concrete realities and combining them with excellent traditional Chinese culture”,which points out the direction and path for continuing to promote the localization of Marxism in China and modernization of Marxism in the new era.Among them,the“second combination”fully highlights the important position of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Review the long history of the Chinese nation for more than 5,000 years,we find that the successive generations of excellent traditional culture have accumulated cultural genes for a better life,such as“universal harmony”,“everyone is well taken care of”,“Dao operates naturally”,“love and non-aggression”,“rule by the law”and so on.“In the new era,based on the”second combination,we fully draw on the wisdom of the excellent traditional culture,and it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to promote the construction of a better life in the new era with the values of“tranquility to achieve the far-reaching”,“people oriented”,“harmony in diversity”,and“unity of man and nature”.
