元宇宙信息传播中的“算法圈养”现象应予重视。用户在使用智媒平台时,以数据为内核驱动的算法推荐会营造出虚拟与现实交往融合的情境,算法操纵和数据控制的叠加使“算法圈养”用户成为可能。用户困于信息茧房进而认知固化只是表层现象,基于人的发展理论,算法将用户的社会关系物化,并对其进行数据剥削更需要进一步关注。技术的过度加持使人的主体性无法保障,对人的物化和商品化、圈群化和等级化以及肆意的价值剥夺是其主要表现。应在现有法律体系基础上,将平台、数据、算法纳入治理框架,推进对算法的综合治理,实现三元融合的治理格局。

The phenomenon of“algorithmic captivity”in Metaverse information dissemination should be taken seriously.When users use Metaverse intelligent media platforms,the algorithm-driven recommendations based on data create a context that blends virtual and real-world interactions.The superposition of algorithm manipulation and data control makes it possible to“algorithmic captive”users.The fact that users are trapped in an information cocoon and their cognition becomes rigid is just a superficial phenomenon.Based on human development theory,algorithms materialize users'social relationships and carry out data exploitation,which needs further attention.The excessive empowerment of technology makes it difficult to safeguard human subjectivity,and the main manifestations are materialization and commodification,group formation and hierarchicalization,and arbitrary value deprivation.To promote the comprehensive governance of algorithms,the platform,data,and algorithms should be included in the governance framework based on the existing legal system to achieve a tripartite integration governance pattern.
