摘要
本文根据荧光法测温的基本原理,通过对荧光测温装置的基本原理、结构类型和适用场景进行分析,找到影响其准确度的重要因素;与传统接触测温法和辐射测温法相比,该方法在实际工业生产过程中具有不可替代的优势和发展前景。同时,对其优缺点进行探讨,排除影响测量过程中准确性的干扰因素,并提出有效的测量方法,从而提高温度测量的准确性,实现荧光法温度的精密测量。
Based on the basic principle of fluorescence temperature measurement,this paper analyzes the basic principle,structure type and application scene of fluorescence temperature measurement device,and finds out the important factors affecting its accuracy.Compared with traditional contact thermometry and radiation thermometry,this method has irreplaceable advantages and development prospects in the actual industrial production process.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of the method are discussed,the interference factors affecting the accuracy of the measurement process are eliminated,and the effective measurement method is proposed,so as to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement and realize the precision measurement of temperature by fluorescence method.
