摘要
本文依据JJG 693-2011《可燃气体检测报警器》,针对玻璃浮子流量计存在较大的测量误差,提出选择适宜流量计量限、定点计量及气路切换的设计方案,并研发具有本质安全型可燃气体稀释装置,解决了在复杂现场校准可燃气体检测报警器的难题。
In this paper,according to JJG 693-2011 Combustible Gas Detection Alarm,aiming at the large measurement error of glass float flowmeter,the design scheme of selecting appropriate flow measurement limit,fixed point measurement and gas path switching is proposed,and the intrinsically safe combustible gas dilution device is developed to solve the difficult problem of calibration of combustible gas detection alarm in complex field.
