摘要
为了解决医学计量中液体微小流量难以控制导致的量值溯源困难的问题,本文研制了一种精密液体微流量控制装置。首先,根据液体流量控制的物理原理和硬件控制方法,实现液体流量的准确控制;然后采用质量法,将(0~1000)mL/h流量范围内的流量示值误差和累积体积误差控制在䥺SymbolqB@0.2%以内,并将其作为标准装置对液体微流量设备开展检定、校准、测试、性能评估等。
In order to solve the problem that the micro flow of liquid is difficult to control in medical metrology,which leads to the difficulty of quantity tracing,a precision liquid microflow control device is developed in this paper.Firstly,according to the physical principle and hardware control method of liquid flow control,the accurate control of liquid flow is realized.Then,the quality method is used to control the flow indication error and cumulative volume error within 0.2%in the flow range of(0~1000)mL/h,and it is used as a standard device to carry out verification,calibration,testing and performance evaluation of liquid microflow equipment.
