丙烯酸装置冷冻水系统热量平衡及优化

摘要 通过对丙烯酸装置冷冻水系统温度波动问题进行分析讨论,提出改进方案:方案一是将精丙烯酸单元用冷冻机的冷却水由循环水改为冷冻水;方案二是通过调节丙烯蒸发器压力来稳定冷冻水系统热平衡;方案三是适当调节各第一冷凝器循环水的用量,从而稳定冷冻水系统的热负荷。对3种方案进行分析比较,综合考虑,方案三可操作性最佳。 This article analyzes and discusses the temperature fluctuations in the chilled water system of acrylic acid plants,and proposes three improvement schemes.The first scheme is to change the cooling water of the GAA unit freezer from circulating water to chilled water.The second scheme is to stabilize the heat balance of the chilled water system by adjusting the pressure of the propylene evaporator.The third scheme is to properly adjust the amount of circulating water in each first condenser to stabilize the heat load of the chilled water system.By analyzing and comparing the three schemes,the third scheme is considered to have the best operability.
