石墨炉原子吸收法测定聚丙烯输液瓶中铝元素含量不确定度探究

摘要 依据YBB00022002-2015《聚丙烯输液瓶》,对采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定聚丙烯输液瓶中铝元素含量进行不确定度探究。通过建立铝元素测定的数学模型,分析测试过程,识别了影响不确定度的主要因素,量化了各不确定度的分量,最终计算出该方法的合成不确定度。当聚丙烯输液瓶中铝元素质量浓度为36.81μg/L时,其扩展不确定度为±2.106μg/L,计算结果表明该方法测定铝元素含量不确定度的主要来源是结果的重复性测定和标准曲线的最小二乘法拟合。 According to YBB0002002—2015 Polypropylene Infusion Bottles,the uncertainty in the determination of aluminum in polypropylene infusion bottles using graphite furnace atomic absorption method was analyzed.By establishing a mathematical model for aluminum determination,the testing process is analyzed,the main factors affecting uncertainty are identified,the components of each uncertainty are quantified,and finally the synthetic uncertainty of this method is calculated.When the aluminum content in polypropylene infusion bottles is 36.81μg/L,its expanded uncertainty is±2.106μ/L.The results of each uncertainty component indicate that the main sources of uncertainty in measuring aluminum content are the repeatability measurement of the results and the least squares fitting of the standard curve.
