摘要 为了从组织层面探究提升安全氛围的策略,基于组织理论和制度理论提出了以组织结构(正规化、专业化、集权化)为自变量、强制压力为调节变量、安全氛围为因变量的理论模型,以建筑行业管理人员为样本收集有效问卷266份,采用偏最小二乘法结构方程模型(Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling,PLS-SEM)进行理论模型的验证。结果表明:正规化、专业化正向影响安全氛围;集权化对安全氛围的影响不显著;强制压力正向调节正规化、专业化对安全氛围的影响。研究为建筑企业从组织层面以及政府、行业协会从制度环境角度提高安全氛围提供了理论依据。 This study intends to investigate the strategies to enhance the safety climate from the organizational level.Based on organizational theory and institutional theory,we explored the influence of organizational structure(formalization,specialization,and centralization)on safety climate,as well as the moderating role of coercive pressure in it.By establishing a theoretical model of the influence of organizational structure on safety climate,we designed a reliable questionnaire by literature review,expert interviews,and pretest analysis;and then collected 266 valid questionnaires with construction industry managers as the respondents;finally analyzed the data using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling(PLS-SEM).Specifically,we first assessed the parameters of the reflective measurement model to test the reliability and validity of the scale,and secondly,we estimated the structural model to validate the hypothesis and the validity of the theoretical model.The results of the study show that:formalization and specialization positively affect safety climate;the effect of centralization on safety climate is not significant;coercive pressure positively moderates the effect of formalization and specialization on safety climate;there is no moderating effect of coercive pressure on the relationship between centralization and safety climate.These results mostly support the research hypotheses proposed in this paper,and the theoretical model is almost validated.This study introduces organizational theory into the field of safety research,proposes and verifies the influence of organizational structure on safety climate,complements the factors influencing safety climate at the organizational level in the construction industry;and extends the scope of investigation of the field of safety research in China by targeting construction industry managers.In terms of practical applications,this study provides a theoretical basis for the construction industry to improve safety climate from the perspective of organizational structure,as well as for the government and construction industry associations to make targeted institutional improvements or reforms.
