重叠顺接既有高速不断交施工保通途径与方法 被引量:1

摘要 塘子铺互通位于新建楚大高速公路终点,基于实现新楚大与老楚大高速公路交通转换而设立,工程地处大理苍山和者摩山交界的“V”型峡谷及紧邻洱海唯一出海口西洱河,地形条件复杂。新建工程重叠顺接在既有高速公路上,施工时将占用既有高速通行车道,由于既有高速为目前滇西大理至保山唯一通道,交通车流量较大,为确保高速公路正常通行并完成施工任务,通过综合分析施工对区域交通所产生的影响、分析比选交通导改途径,制定满足高速公路安全通行及施工条件的保通方案,组织涉路施工相关部门评审后向社会公布实施。施工前后采取一系列安全措施和方法确保新老楚大重叠顺接施工完成并通车,为今后类似工程提供参考和借鉴。 Tangzipu Interchange is located at the end of the new Chu-Da Expressway,and was established to achieve traffic conversion between the new Chuda and old Chu-Da Expressways.The project is located in the"V"shaped canyon at the junction of Cangshan and Zhemo Mountains in Dali,and is adjacent to the only sea outlet of Erhai,Xi'er River.The terrain is complex,and the new project overlaps and connects with the existing expressway.During construction,the existing expressway traffic lane will be occupied,due to the fact that the existing expressway is currently the only passage from Dali to Baoshan in western Yunnan,with a large traffic flow,in order to ensure the normal passage of the expressway and complete the construction task,a comprehensive analysis of the impact of construction on regional traffic is conducted,and traffic diversion routes are compared and selected.A traffic protection plan that meets the safe passage and construction conditions of the expressway is formulated,and relevant departments involved in road construction are organized to review and announce its implementation to the society.A series of safety measures and methods were taken before and after construction to ensure the completion and opening of the overlapping construction of the old and new Chu areas,providing reference for similar projects in the future.
