BIM技术在大型铜冶炼厂超高边坡中的应用

摘要 为进一步推广BIM技术在岩土工程产业链中的应用,依托一大型铜冶炼厂超高边坡的项目,实现在边坡工程中的勘察设计及施工的BIM技术应用,对BIM技术在岩土工程中的应用实践进行应用推广。基于BIM技术,实现勘察正向三维地质建模及模型传递工作,地质模型基于地质沉积规律及工程师的实践经验完成,实现一次建模,多专业的应用,可视化展示地层情况,解决地质剖面纵横不一致的缺陷,利用模型直接形成地质剖面;基于BIM技术,实现岩土正向设计及精细化设计,在设计过程中任意切割地质剖面进行计算,设计不再受地质剖面约束,精细化布置支护结构措施,保证设计结果的准确性,达到隐蔽工程的可视化与精细化设计;基于BIM技术利用勘察及设计工作的BIM成果,实现数字化与可视化管理,提前进行施工模拟,进行三维可视化技术交底,提高工程师对施工过程的理解,掌握施工重难点,降低施工风险,同时基于施工模拟数据,可提前进行各阶段施工准备,更好地保证施工顺利进行。 In order to further promote the application of BIM technology in the geotechnical engineering industry chain,relying on the project of ultra-high slopes of a large copper smelting plant,we realized the application of BIM technology in the survey,design and construction of slope engineering,and applied the application of BIM technology in geotechnical engineering practice.Based on BIM technology,it realizes the survey forward three-dimensional geological modeling and model transfer work,and the geological model is completed based on the geological deposition law and the practical experience of engineers,realizing one-time modeling and multi-disciplinary application,visualizing and displaying the stratigraphic situation,solving the defects of inconsistent longitudinal and transversal geological profile,and using the model to directly form the geological profile;based on BIM technology,it realizes the geotechnical forward design and refined design,and the geotechnical profile is cut arbitrarily during the design process,and it can be used to design and promote the geotechnical engineering.The geotechnical forward design and refinement design can be realized based on BIM technology,in which the geologic section is cut arbitrarily for calculation,the design is no longer constrained by the geologic section,and the supporting structural measures are finely arranged to ensure the accuracy of the design results,and to achieve the visualization and refinement design of the hidden engineering;based on BIM technology,the BIM results of the survey work and design work are utilized to realize the digitization and visual management,and the construction simulation is carried out in advance to conduct the three-dimensional visualization of the technical delivery,and the engineers'understanding of the construction process can be improved.Engineers understand the construction process,master the construction difficulties and reduce the construction risk,and at the same time,based on the construction simulation data,they can prepare for each stage of construction in advance to better ensure the smooth progress of construction.
