单线铁路隧道钻爆法快速施工技术研究

摘要 为实现单线铁路隧道钻爆法快速施工,该文以贤昌隧道为工程背景,通过工程调研和现场实践,从工装配套、施工工法和施工交通组织3方面进行优化探索,实现施工进度的大幅提高。实际效果表明,工装配套设计需要从实际工程特点出发,适用性好的配套工装可以大幅提高施工进度,保证施工质量,同时降低施工成本;在保证施工安全前提下对施工工法进行优化,利于专用设备作业,同时保证工序快速衔接;从全局考虑附属设施功能需求,可结合施工阶段需求对洞室进行调整。该文所得研究成果可为后续类似工程提供借鉴经验。 In order to realize the rapid construction of single-track railway tunnel by drilling and blasting,this paper takes Xianchang tunnel as the engineering background,through engineering investigation and field practice,carries on the optimization exploration from three aspects:tooling,construction method and construction traffic organization.The construction progress has been greatly improved.The actual results show that the matching design of tooling needs to proceed from the characteristics of the actual project,and the matching tooling with good applicability can greatly improve the construction progress,ensure the construction quality and reduce the construction cost at the same time;the optimization of the construction method under the premise of ensuring construction safety is conducive to the operation of special equipment,while ensuring the rapid connection of working procedures;considering the functional requirements of ancillary facilities as a whole,the cavern can be adjusted according to the needs of the construction stage.The research results of this paper can provide reference experience for follow-up similar projects.
