摘要
塔里木河是我国最大的游荡性河流,河水泥沙含量大,水势游荡、河势不稳,河床变化多样,岸坡变形大。以某油气田原油外输管道工程穿跨越塔里木河为例,根据河流地形地貌、工程水文地质、宏观线路走向和过河方案的技术经济指标分析,经过复杂的工程环境、地理环境、水文环境以及对珍惜胡杨林和珍惜野生动物与鱼类保护多场景对比,并对穿跨越工程的选址和穿跨越方案进行了详细的技术论证。为实现建设项目的可行性、建设目标的可达到性,从工期进度、成本投资、安全可靠和质量可控等方面考虑,确定最为合理的油气管道穿跨越游荡性河流的选址和穿跨越结构形式。项目建设结果证明采用定向钻穿越塔里木河,在穿越平面轴线、纵断面穿越地层的选择是安全可靠的,既保证施工、运行安全,又节省大量的工程投资,为类似工程通过游荡性河流积累了宝贵的经验。
The Tarim River is the largest wandering river in China,with high sediment content,fluctuating and unstable water flow,diverse riverbed changes,and significant bank slope deformation.Taking the crude oil export pipeline project of a certain oil and gas field crossing the Tarim River as an example,based on the analysis of the river terrain,engineering hydrogeology,macroscopic route direction,and technical and economic indicators of the river crossing plan,a detailed technical analysis is conducted on the site selection and crossing plan of the crossing project after comparing multiple scenarios in complex engineering environments,geographical environments,hydrological environments,as well as the protection of the cherishing populus euphratica forests,wildlife and fish.To achieve the feasibility of construction projects,the accessibility of construction goals,the most reasonable site selection and structural form for oil and gas pipelines crossing wandering rivers are determined by considering factors such as project schedule,cost investment,safety and reliability,and controllable quality.The project construction results have proven that using directional drilling to cross the Tarim River is safe and reliable in the crossing of the horizontal axis and the vertical section crossing the strata.It not only ensures construction and operation safety,but also saves a lot of engineering investment,accumulating valuable experience for similar projects to pass through wandering rivers.
