摘要
某油田注水井在起出管柱过程中发现SSD滑套断裂的现象。通过对断裂滑套的断口宏观和微观分析,对42CrMo材料进行金相组织、拉伸及冲击性能测试,以及对材料的化学成分进行测试等方法对滑套断裂机理进行综合分析,结果表明:该滑套的拉伸性能不满足标准要求,其断裂的模式为大应力疲劳断裂,疲劳源起于滑套吸入口内壁,在外力提升过程中结构薄弱处发生了应力疲劳断裂。
The phenomenon of SSD sliding sleeve fracture was discovered during the process of pulling out the string in a certain oilfield water injection well.Through macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the fracture surface of the sliding sleeve,metallographic structure,tensile and impact properties testing of 42CrMo material,as well as chemical composition testing,a comprehensive analysis of the sliding sleeve fracture mechanism was conducted.The results showed that the tensile performance of the sliding sleeve did not meet the standard requirements.The fracture mode was high stress fatigue fracture,which originated from the inner wall of the sliding sleeve inlet.During the external force lifting process,stress fatigue fracture occurred at the weak point of the structure.
