The ideological and political cultivation of top graduate innovative talents is not only the practical need to accelerate the cultivation of high-level talents with both virtue and talent,but also the requirement of the times to enhance the discourse power of our country’s mainstream ideology and strengthen the ideological guidance and political identity of talents.It’s a theoretical inevitability to identify the characteristics of top-notch innovative talents based on value orientation,cognitive reason,and behavioral attitude for carrying out ideological and political education throughout the cultivation of graduate students.We should take Marxism as the ideological engine,adhering to the value orientation of comprehensive human development,setting the thinking tendency of graduate students.It is a rational choice to build a collaborative education and integration mechanism throughout ideology and politics for the trinity of curriculum,scientific research and practice activities to carry out top-notch innovative graduate students’cultivation and implement the fundamental task of cultivating well-educated people.
