摘要
如何培养具有全面发展的高素质人才,是当前高校面临的重要课题。本文旨在探究新时期专业建设中“三全育人、五育并举”的实践路径,围绕教育现状、培养方式和教学改革等方面,融入“OBE”教育理念和思政元素,以提升专业人才培养水平为目标。依托专业教研室和学生社团等各类组织机构,探索课内外人才培养方案,挖掘和更新教学内容与方法手段,促进专业学生“五育并举”全面发展。
How to cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development is an important issue facing universities at present.This paper aims to explore the practical path of“three-round education and five-round education”in professional construction in the new period,and integrate“OBE”educational concept and ideological and political elements around the current educational situation,training methods and teaching reform,with the goal of improving the training level of professional talents.Relying on professional teaching and research offices,student associations and other organizations,we will explore the training programs for talents in and out of class,explore and update teaching contents and methods,and promote the all-round development of professional students with“five educations”.
