柔性可循环使用复合SERS基底检测有机污染物的研究进展

摘要 为了从根本上控制有机污染物对环境的危害,必须重视环境有机污染物的检测技术。表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱技术具有灵敏度高、活性高、普适性强等优点,广泛应用于各领域。活性基底的性质决定了SERS技术的普适性和检测效果。相较传统的刚性基底,柔性SERS基底的应用更为广泛,检测更加便捷快速。本文介绍了可重复使用的柔性SERS基底的研究现状,以及它们在有机污染物检测中的应用情况,同时分析了目前存在的问题以及未来可能的发展方向。 To essentially limit the damage that organic pollutants caused to the environment,it was imperative to provide careful consideration to environmental organic pollutant detection technologies.In recent times,surface enhanced Raman Scattering spectroscopy(SERS)had gained significant popularity in chemical and biomolecular detection due to its advanced spectroscopic properties,included high sensitivity,superior selectivity and strong generality.The nature of the active substrate determined the application range and detection effect of SERS.Compared with the traditional rigid SERS substrates,flexible substrates could improve the detection effect of SERS on irregular surfaces.This paper introduced the principles and advantages of common flexible recyclable SERS substrates,and examined the ways in which flexible SERS substrates were used to identify organic contaminants.Future research directions were envisioned,issues with the current state of research on flexible SERS substrates were highlighted.
