大中型国有企业员工职业生涯管理的实践与思考

摘要 面对知识经济与全球化市场竞争日趋加剧,越来越多的企业认识到高素质人才对企业持久发展的重要性。为了提升员工的忠诚度和归属感,国有企业必须在选育用留上下功夫,为员工提供充足的发展空间。如何在满足员工自身职业发展目标的同时,促使员工接受并适应组织的变革,实现与企业共同发展的目标,值得我们深思。本文对大中型国有企业员工职业生涯发展管理存在的问题和不足进行了分析研究,并对标业界龙头企业华为公司的优秀做法,提出了相应的改进及优化措施。 In the face of escalating competition in the knowledge economy and globalized market,enterprises increasingly recognize the pivotal role of high-quality talents in sustainable development.To enhance employee loyalty and belongingness,state-owned enterprises must focus on selecting,nurturing,employing,and retaining employees,providing ample development opportunities.Balancing employees’career development goals with organizational changes is crucial for mutual growth.This article analyzes issues and deficiencies in career development management in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and proposes improvement measures inspired by Huawei’s exemplary practices.
