关于国有大型集团企业战略型集约化资金预算管理的研究

Research on Constructing a Strategic Intensive Fund Budget Management Mechanism for Large State-Owned Enterprise Groups

资金管理是企业财务管理的中心工作,对企业高质量发展影响重大。本文对如何构建适应国有大型集团企业特点的资金预算管理机制开展研究,提出资金预算要适应企业发展战略,在推进资金集中管理的基础上推进高效集约资金管控,用战略型集约化财务管控思路系统阐述了资金预算管理体系搭建、资金预算管理实施流程及资金预算管理内容等内容,为国有大型集团企业资金管理工作提供有益的借鉴。
