产教融合背景下汽车类专业课程思政校企协同培育路径研究

Research on the Collaborative Cultivation Path of Ideological and Political Education in Automobile Professional Courses under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

产教融合背景下汽车类专业课程思政校企协同培育工作符合大势所趋,有助于提升汽车人才培养质量,积极落实立德树人根本任务,确保所培养出来的汽车类专业人才符合汽车行业快速发展的现实需要。为了实现最佳的协同育人效果,校企双方需要站在宏观发展的视角,在顶层设计中协同确立专业课程思政目标,稳步提升师资水平,实现课程思政的全过程融入,在多措并举中整合多种教学对策方法。在完成基本授课任务后,教师还应加强教学实践,开展双师授课育人活动,逐步回归课堂,强化学生的企业实践认知,结合学生的课内外表现及时总结和反思课程思政育人效果,调整后续的教学思路和方向。

Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the collaborative cultivation of ideological and political courses in automotive professional courses is in line with the general trend,which is conducive to improving the quality of automotive talent training,actively implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality,and ensuring that the cultivated automotive professionals meet the practical needs of the rapid development of the automotive industry.In order to achieve the best effect of collaborative education,both schools and enterprises need to stand in the perspective of macro development,establish the ideological and political goals of professional courses in the top-level design,steadily improve the level of teachers,realize the integration of the whole process of curriculum ideology and politics,and integrate a variety of teaching countermeasures and methods in multiple measures.After completing the basic teaching tasks,teachers should also strengthen teaching practice,carry out dual-teacher teaching and education activities,gradually return to the classroom,strengthen students'enterprise practice cognition,summarize and reflect on the effect of ideological and political education in a timely manner in combination with students'performance inside and outside the classroom,and adjust the follow-up teaching ideas and directions.
