纯电动汽车安全风险分析及灭火救援处置技术研究

摘要 我国能源结构存在富煤、贫油、少气的特点,为切实推动可持续发展理念,构建人类命运共同体,我国“十四五规划”明确提出能源转型“减煤、降油、增气、加新”的发展路径,并宣布了2030年达到“碳达峰”2060年达到“碳中和”的目标。截止2022年初,我国新能源车保有量约800万辆,其中纯电动车保有量就有约660万辆,占新能源汽车的82.5%。本文将介绍纯电动新能源汽车的结构特点及事故风险点,结合消防实战经验,针对纯电动汽车不同事故风险总结相应的处置措施。 China's energy structure is characterized by coal-rich,oil-poor and gas-poor.In order to effectively promote the concept of sustainable development and build a community of human destiny,China's“14th Five-Year Plan”clearly puts forward the development path of energy transformation,“reducing coal,lowering oil,increasing gas,and adding new”,and announces that the“carbon peak”will be reached by 2030,and that the“carbon peak”will be reached by 2030 and“carbon neutral”by 2060.By the beginning of 2022,China's new energy vehicle ownership is about 8 million,of which the pure electric vehicle ownership is about 6.6 million,accounting for 82.5% of new energy vehicles.In this paper,we will introduce the structural characteristics and accident risk points of pure electric new energy vehicles,combined with firefighting experience,and summarize the corresponding measures for pure electric vehicles with different accident risks.
