摘要
现代职业教育体系建设,明确提出“一体两翼五重点”建设任务要求,吹响了推动职业教育高质量发展的号角。新技术背景下,汽车产业转型发展,对接汽车制造生产过程,锚定专业教学适应性调整,以产定教、以教促产、产教融合是提升专业内涵建设与人才培养质量的必由之路。本文针对汽车制造专业教学改革现状困境,引入工作过程系统化的课程开发理念方法,以工作世界为逻辑起点确立行动领域,并按照职业教育教学规律转化为学习领域,开展汽车制造专业课证融通教学改革实践研究。提出“专职双标”培养模式对接并轨、“课证内容”学习体系融合贯通、“育训并举”教学实施有机衔接的实施策略路径,力求解决高职汽车制造专业人才培养适应产业技术变革的现实问题。
The task requirements of“one body,two wings and five key points”clearly put forward by the construction of modern vocational education system.The horn to promote the high-quality development of vocational education is sounded.Under the background of new technology,transformation and development of the automobile industry,docking the production process of automobile manufacturing,anchoring the adaptive adjustment of vocational education,determining education by production,promoting production by teaching,and integrating production and education are the only way for improving professional connotation construction and personnel training quality.In view of the current situation and dilemma of automobile manufacturing specialty teaching reform,the concept and method of systematic curriculum development of work process are introduced.Take the working world as the logical starting point to establish the field of action,and transform it into the field of learning according to the law of vocational education and teaching.The teaching reform practice of automobile manufacturing specialty course credit integration is studied.The implementation strategy path of vocational skill level standard connected with professional teaching standard,course content integrated with the certificate content,teaching process connected with training process put forward.Which strive to solve the personnel training of vocational automobile manufacturing specialty to adapt to the actual problems of industrial technological change.
