“三全育人”视域下城市轨道交通专业课程思政元素融入路径探析

摘要 “三全育人”是全面贯彻党的教育方针和落实立德树人根本任务的关键举措,在“三全育人”视域下实现课程思政改革是高校教育的新发展趋势。以高职院校城市轨道交通专业为载体,为实现德技双馨的育人目标,围绕全员育人、全程育人及全方位育人探索高职院校城市轨道交通类课程思政元素融入路径,以期培养适应城轨行业新趋势下的复合型人才需求。 "Three full education"is a key measure to carry out the party's educational policy and the fundamental task of cultivating people.It is a new development trend of higher education to realize curriculum ideological and political reform under the vision of"three full education".Taking urban rail transit major in higher vocational colleges as the carrier,in order to achieve the education goal of combining German and technical skills,the path of integrating ideological and political elements into urban rail transit courses in higher vocational colleges is explored around the whole-person education,wholeprocess education and all-round education,in order to cultivate the needs of composite talents adapting to the new trend of urban rail industry.
