基于“1+2+3”研训模式汽修课堂教学实践与研究

摘要 通过“1+2+3”研训模式开展研训活动,意在于培养高素质教师队伍,推动教育信息化素养发展的战略性举措。基于我校教师教育信息化应用水平现状和核心需求,课题组以“组建管理队伍,明晰发展规划;着力专题研修,提升应用水平;整合数字资源,服务教学常规”为研究内容。教师利用信息化教学技术,开展教学任务,创新信息化教学模式,提升教师的教学能力、研训能力和素养水平,促进学校整体发展。 The"1+2+3"research and training model is a strategic measure to cultivate high-quality teachers and promote the development of educational information literacy.Based on the current situation and core needs of the informatization application level of teacher education in our school,the research group aims to"set up a management team and clarify the development plan;focus on special training to improve the level of application;Integrate digital resources and serve teaching routines".Teachers use information-based teaching technology to carry out teaching tasks,innovate information-based teaching models,improve teachers'teaching ability,research and training ability and literacy level,and promote the overall development of the school.
