中国新能源汽车充电桩设施发展现状及建议

Development Status and Suggestions of Charging Pile Facilities for New Energy Vehicles in China

近年来新能源汽车销量持续猛增,但在产业持续向好的同时,新能源汽车充电桩基础设施在发展程度上却制约了新能源汽车规模的进一步扩大,而要促进新能源汽车的普及和推广,首先需要解决充电桩问题。为了探索新能源充电桩的发展困境,本调查从新能源汽车消费者、新能源汽车经销商和充电桩经销商三个群体展开,通过实地走访新能源汽车充电桩的分布、建设、管理与保护等情况,了解充电桩基础设施的基本发展情况;通过访谈和收集问卷的形式客观真实反映消费者对于充电桩使用情况的满意度,真实考量消费者满意度水平及其影响因素,测定充电桩使用情况发展现状满意度与重要度之间的关系;通过访谈的形式,来到新能源汽车充电桩各个公司,与管理人员及基层人员探讨如今限制新能源汽车充电桩发展的原因。

In recent years,the sales of new energy vehicles have continued to soar.But while the industry continues to improve,the development of new energy vehicle charging pile infrastructure restricts the further expansion of the scale of new energy vehicles.To promote the popularization and promotion of new energy vehicles,it is first necessary to solve the problem of charging piles.To explore the development dilemma of new energy charging piles,this survey was carried out from three groups:new energy vehicle consumers,new energy vehicle dealers and charging pile dealers,and the basic development of charging pile infrastructure was understood through field visits to the distribution,construction,management and protection of new energy vehicle charging piles.Through interviews and questionnaires,the satisfaction of consumers with the use of charging piles was objectively and truly reflected,and the level of consumer satisfaction and its influencing factors were truly considered,and the relationship between satisfaction and importance of the development status of charging pile use was determined.Through interviews,the author came to various companies of new energy vehicle charging piles to discuss with managers and grassroots personnel the reasons for the restrictions on the development of new energy vehicle charging piles.
