摘要
文章通过研究了一种具备多种轴系减震体普适性的吊装方法,设计了吊装支架、连接构造件。这种吊装方法可以极大地简化轴减震体的安装和拆卸过程,降低了人力投入和作业难度。吊装支架的设计考虑了轴减震体的重量和形状,以确保安全和稳定的吊装操作。连接构造件的设计则保证了轴减震体与发动机的正确对位和固定。
This article studies a universal method for hoisting with multiple axis shock absorbers,and designs hoisting brackets and connecting structural components.This hoisting method greatly simplifies the installation and disassembly process of the axis shock absorbers,reducing labor input and operational difficulty.The design of the hoisting bracket takes into account the weight and shape of the axis shock absorbers to ensure safe and stable hoisting operations.The design of the connecting structural components ensures the correct alignment and fixation between the axis shock absorbers and the engine.
